History

1953 - Present

The property where Mt. Elim Bible Camp sits was originally a hunting camp.

The Land was purchased in 1953, at that time the lodge, which is now the dining hall, was the only permanent structure. Platforms had been built to be the base for canvas hunting tents. Once purchased the camp used these platforms to be the floor structure for the current cabins, which were built on the platforms.

Testamonies

I went to Mt. Elim Bible Camp starting in 3rd grade and all the way up to 8th grade, and it gave me so much purpose and hope. I learned so much about who God is, and it really was the first time I realized I could follow Jesus with my whole life. I met great friends and counselors, and it was an amazing experience I will never forget.
