Merry Christmas from Mt Elim Bible Camp and the Board.

Thank you for being a part of this ministry and supporting us through your finances and prayers. For 70 years, Mt Elim has been sharing the Good News of Jesus with Colorado. Celebrate with us! You are vital to the mission.

As most of you know in 2020, Dan Canady and his family transitioned out of the executive director role. The camp was shut down because of covid and with Dan gone, running the day-to-day operations of the camp was left to the board. Over the next several years, the board maintained and ran the camp. It has been challenging but it has been an opportunity for renewed vision and passion for camp. This past summer the camp was rented to the Oak Creek Fire, Timberline Bible School, a group from Journey Church, and New Wilderness Adventures. After sitting for three years and some winter damage, the bath/restroom Yurt was operational! The Oak Creek Fire did some fire mitigation, and several other improvements and projects were completed. Unfortunately, because of predicted snow, we were not able to do our second annual Christmas Tree Fund Raiser. As we look forward to the next camping season, we anticipate more groups renting and utilizing the camp. We are currently looking for an executive director and someone to develop funds. This could be the same person. We are praying that God will provide these people and the funds needed for the camp, especially the water treatment/bath facility. As we approach this year’s end, would you prayerfully consider a special gift to help with the mission of Mt Elim? Oh, and very importantly pray for us and this mission. The battle is first and foremost spiritual.

If you can give a gift, go to the website: MTELIMCAMP.org

Merry Christmas and a blessing for 2024!
